I was born in London in 1979 but spent much of my childhood on the East coast of North America, finally settling in London again in 2001.

Due to the personal nature of my paintings I work largely on commission, many of which hang in private collections across Great Britain, Europe and America.

All my paintings exemplify my love of animals, however not in the traditional sense. I like to place my subjects in unexpected or humourous circumstances. People often ask how I get a cow to stand for so long in heels! Facial expressions, colour harmonies and textures are key when deciding upon my compositions. Strong influences include Edward Lear, Paula Rego, John Currin, Michael J. Austin, Julie Heffernan and Wayne Thiebaud.
